How far in advance should I book a custom itinerary?

Ideally, contact us at least 2 weeks before your desired date, so we have time to build a smooth, balanced, and perfectly tailored getaway. Need a last-minute itinerary? This is possible depending on our availability, with an additional charge to compensate for the urgency of the organization.
How much does a custom itinerary cost?

It depends on your desires, the number of activities, the chosen region, and the desired level of comfort. We adapt to all budgets, whether for a simple outing or a more complete experience including accommodation, meals, transport, or special surprises. From the start, you tell us your price, and we do everything to respect your framework.
What exactly does the custom service include?

🟡 Booking of all activities, according to your wishes
🟡 A comprehensive PDF with schedules, addresses, meal suggestions, practical tips, etc.
🟡 One modification included after the first version
🟡 Customer service, available 7 days a week if needed

And most importantly: no predefined limits. If you dream of a floating brunch, an unusual experience, a gourmet getaway, or a weekend in Lisbon... we explore the possible options. Your imagination sets the framework, Glint takes care of the rest.
Can I change the itinerary if something doesn't suit me?

Yes, you are entitled to one included modification after receiving the initial itinerary. Beyond that, a financial contribution may be requested (if it requires new research work).
Do I have to pay for everything in advance?

A 30% deposit is required upon booking to cover our creative and organizational work. The balance is paid once the final itinerary is validated, before sending the PDF and reservations. No unpleasant surprises: everything is transparent from start to finish.
Can I use Glint for a special occasion?

Of course, and it's a real pleasure for us. Birthdays, bachelorette/bachelor parties, romantic surprises, team building events, retreats, or celebrations: we love to be a part of these life moments and give them a little extra soul.
What if I go alone?

That's also perfect. We're happy to build solo days or weekends, depending on your mood at the moment: contemplative, fun, relaxing, or active. Alone doesn't mean worse, quite the opposite
Do you also organize weekends abroad?

Yes! If your budget and availability allow, we also envision getaways abroad, with the same attention to detail. We always prioritize accessible, authentic, and inspiring places, whether an hour by train or a few hours by plane.
What if my itinerary isn't feasible?

At Glint, we want every getaway to be truly exceptional.


If, after reviewing your request, we find that the project is not feasible under good conditions (budget too low, deadline too short, constraints too high), we will contact you immediately to discuss it.


We will work together to find solutions: adjust dates, reconsider certain desires, increase the budget…
And if, despite all this, no satisfactory option is possible, we will refund your deposit.


Your satisfaction is as important as your trust; we'd rather decline than offer a mediocre experience.
